Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use this website and register for training or events offered by PT Sistem Unggul Terintegrasi (“Sustain”). By creating an account or registering you agree to them.

1. Accounts

Provide accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Your name on a certificate is taken from your profile, so please check it before the program ends.

2. Registration and fees

A seat is held once you register and is confirmed when we verify your payment. Fees are shown in rupiah on the program page. Unpaid registrations are released after the payment window shown at registration, and a seat is not guaranteed if you register again later. Vouchers apply only to the programs and dates they were issued for and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Schedule changes and cancellation

We may reschedule or cancel a class, for example when too few participants register. In that case we will offer another date or a refund of what you paid. If you cannot attend, contact us as early as possible; whether a transfer to another date or a refund is possible depends on how close the class is and on the program. Refunds, where approved, are returned to the original payer.

4. In-house training

In-house programs are arranged by quotation and invoice. The booking company is responsible for payment and for sharing the invitation link with its participants. Dates and scope are those confirmed in the quotation.

5. Attendance, exams and certificates

Certificates are issued to participants who meet the requirements of the program, which may include attendance and passing an exam. Exams must be taken by the registered participant without unauthorised help. We may withhold or withdraw a certificate if these rules are broken or if payment is incomplete.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to access other people’s data, upload harmful files, or copy and redistribute course materials without permission. Course materials remain the property of Sustain and its trainers and are for your own learning.

7. Reviews

Reviews must be honest and respectful. We may remove content that is abusive or unrelated to the program.

8. Liability

We provide training and information in good faith but cannot guarantee a particular career, audit or certification outcome. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the program concerned.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Questions: info@sustaincert.id. See also our Privacy Policy.
