This policy explains what personal data PT Sistem Unggul Terintegrasi (“Sustain”, “we”) collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Data we collect

  • Account details: name, email address, password (stored hashed), phone number, city, country, education, job title and company.
  • Registration and payment: the programs and events you register for, vouchers used, invoice details such as tax ID, and the proof of payment you upload.
  • Learning records: attendance, exam answers and results, reviews you write, and the certificates issued to you.
  • Messages: what you send through the contact form.
  • Technical data: basic server logs and cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect the site.

2. How we use it

  • To create and manage your account, process registrations and payments, run exams and attendance, and issue certificates.
  • To send service emails such as confirmations, payment status, schedule changes and reminders.
  • To answer your enquiries and prepare quotes for in-house training.
  • To keep the site secure, prevent abuse and improve the programs.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with trainers and organizers who need it to run your class, with your company when you attend an in-house program it booked, with service providers that host the site or send email on our behalf, and when the law requires it. Reviews you publish may be shown with your name on program pages.

4. Retention and security

We keep records for as long as needed to provide the service, issue and verify certificates, and meet accounting and legal obligations. Access is limited to authorised staff and protected by passwords and server-side controls. No online service can be completely secure, so please keep your password private.

5. Your choices

You can view and update your profile in your dashboard. You can ask us to correct or delete your data, or to stop service emails, by writing to info@sustaincert.id. Some records, such as issued certificates and payments, may have to be kept.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms. We do not use them to show advertising.
